  1. Change of Mind Returns - 21 Days
  2. Customers may return unused items within 21 days of receiving their order.
  3. Before returning any item, the customer must send written a notification to admin@littlebarefoot.co.nz

  5. Condition od Returned Items

  6. Returned footwear must be:

    1. completely unused,
    2. undamaged,
    3. in the original packaging,
    4. with all tags and accessories included.
  7. If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, the return may be refused.

    9. Sale / Discounted Items

    Items marked as “sale”, “discount”, “clearance”, or any reduced-price items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

    Return Shipping Costs

    For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

    Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

    Nothing in this policy limits the customer’s rights under the

    Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

    If an item is faulty, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the change-of-mind return policy.
